RITE WINS AGAIN IN WISCONSIN AS APPEALS COURT CONFIRMS THAT RE-VOTING IS UNLAWFUL

Washington, D.C. – Yesterday, a Wisconsin Court of Appeals rejected an effort by the Wisconsin Election Commission (“WEC”) and liberal dark money groups to overturn a RITE-victory blocking re-voting in Badger State elections. This victory comes less than a day after the RITE-supported plaintiffs secured a key procedural victory from the Wisconsin Supreme Court that ensured the case could be resolved before the end of the 2022 general election. 

 

This is a victory for commonsense and election integrity. In Wisconsin, once a ballot is cast, it is cast. It cannot be fished out of the ballot box to give a voter a second bite at the apple. The revoting rules that WEC tried to put in place had no basis in law, treated voters unequally, and invited voter confusion and other misconduct. 

 

Yesterday’s win is the third in Wisconsin within the past two months secured by RITE-supported plaintiffs. In addition to re-voting, RITE has helped ensure that state election officials cannot alter information on absentee ballot certifications and that a substantially complete address of a witness must be included along with a submitted absentee ballot.

               Yesterday’s ruling is another major victory for Wisconsin voters and for commonsense.                                 Unfortunately, WEC has been adopting election administration guidance that is unlawful,                             destroys voter confidence, and taints the integrity of Wisconsin’s elections. Wisconsonites                             deserve honest, transparent, and misconduct-free elections. RITE applauds the Wisconsin                           courts for helping to make that a reality in that state.

Unlike Fauci, I follow science. As a doctor, I’m well aware of the high suicide rates for transgender individuals. I’ve also been vocal about the negative and long-term ramifications that woke teachers and corporate America has on young children when they, for example, push a five-year-old biological male to want to be a girl. 

 

As a television show host, I engaged in open conversations with everyone who appeared on my show, which was a successful health platform for 13 seasons and allowed people to express different perspectives

I believe life begins at conception. I am strongly pro-life, and I’ve been very vocal about this for years. As a heart surgeon, I spent my whole career saving lives. I’ve held a baby’s tiny beating heart in his hand, and at that very moment, it is impossible to deny how precious every life is.

I am an America First conservative who has been endorsed by President Trump and Sean Hannity because of my strong stance on the issues that matter most to the conservative movement – I’m Pro-Life, tough on crime, strong on border security, a defender of election integrity, a supporter of our military and our heroic veterans, in favor of keeping taxes low and regulation limited, a believer in school choice and parental rights, and a proud champion of the Second Amendment.
