A pair of New Hampshire Supreme Court rulings mean that Voter ID will be required for people who register to vote on Election Day. The high court’s decision to stay the appeals until after election day means that efforts by two of the highest paid democratic operatives to subvert the will of the people and invalidate New Hampshire’s democratically enacted laws have failed.
Derek Lyons, President of Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections PAC (RITE PAC), a political association that supports litigation to protect election security and integrity, today issued the following statement:
“Despite the best efforts by some of the most well-funded Democrat lawyers in the country, who go from state to state on a mission to undermine election safeguards, common sense will prevail on Election Day 2024 in New Hampshire. Large bipartisan majorities in both the country and New Hampshire support requiring people who seek to register to vote on election day to produce photographic identification to confirm their identities. New Hampshire’s requirement that individuals do just that reinforces the public’s trust and faith in the electoral process. RITE PAC is grateful for the court’s ruling and pleased to have played a role in this important victory for the people of New Hampshire.”
